The Mailing Process

When you mail with First Impressions, once we confirm that your mailer meets USPS requirements, there are 10 simple steps to follow to get your project in the mail.

1. You provide First Impressions with your mailing list.
2. If you don't have a mailing list or want to expand your reach, we can acquire one for you.
3. We perform necessary USPS list functions such as CASS Certification and NCOA to update and correct your mailing list.
4. We return your mailing list to you with the corrected records.
5. We'll send you a postage estimate.
6. You approve the mailing.
7. We inkjet your mailers.
8. We bundle the mail following USPS proper mailing procedures.
9. You provide final postage check payable to the Postmaster.
10. We bring your mail to the appropriate USPS Mailing Facility for delivery.
