CASS Certification
A mailing list is only as good as the data that's in it. In order to achieve better deliverablity rates, the USPS requires mailers to perform Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS) Processing on all mailing lists.
When you mail with First Impressions, we perform the CASS Processing on your behalf at no additional charge.
CASS certification verifies that your addresses have the following information:
- A correctly spelled address (no Typos)
- A 9 digit zip code
- A Delivery Point Code (DPC)
Once the mailing list is certified by CASS, forms are printed verifying the accuracy of the list. First Impressions completes these forms on your behalf and your mailing is now eligible for a postage discount.
